- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, with knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of food safety guidelines and health standards
- Ability to manage and lead a team of kitchen staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques is preferred but not required
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for food and cooking
- Conduct regular menu tastings to maintain quality and ensure dishes are prepared to specifications
- Arrange repairs if necessary, Fix any problems or defects
- Work closely with the management team to establish food cost targets and monitor expenses, ensuring profitability without compromising quality. Control portion sizes, minimize waste, and optimize ingredient
