  • Communicate effectively and respondto online inquiries through messaging applications, such as phone, text, and email with our customers
  • Coordinate effectively with colleagues and manager
  • Create reports, analyze complaints, and address general issues
  • Provide accurate information and determine the best solutions based onproblems and details provided customers
  • Have knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Follow up and update customer status and information


  • Candidates must prossess at least a bachelor’s degree in Communication, or equivalent field
  • At least one year of working experiencein the same field
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Able to deliver an effective presentation
  • Proficient in using customer servicetools
  • Produces high-quality work and demonstrates curiosity with excellent follow up
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately
